Julius founded CSQS Ltd in 2020 after years on both sides of construction — measuring for contractors, pricing for developers, and advising across JCT and NEC contracts. He brings the methodology behind Olive’s work: NRM2 measurement, commercial discipline, and the judgement of someone who has written, by hand, the kind of documents Olive now produces. Continues to lead CSQS’s residential and mixed-use work across the South East.

Evan brings a background in artificial intelligence, automation engineering, and server security. He designs the systems that let Olive read drawings, reason through pricing, orchestrate specialist sub-agents, and deliver at the speed software allows — the daemons, mail broker and model pipelines that sit behind every email Olive answers. He also designs and enforces the security posture that protects the infrastructure they run on.
